We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Golden Goose Holdings Ltd.

Job Summary

The Restaurant Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fast food restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.

Work Setting

The Restaurant Operations Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with various locations.

Budgetary Responsibility

The budgetary responsibility for this role is $500,001 - $1,500,000.

Tasks
  • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
  • Conduct performance reviews.
  • Cost products and services.
  • Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
  • Organize and maintain inventory.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Provide customer service.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
Supervision

The Restaurant Operations Manager will supervise 11-15 people.
