Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Golden Goose Holdings Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Restaurant Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fast food restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of 11-15 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food production.
  • Operations: Implement operational procedures, balance cash, and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, provide excellent customer service, and ensure that customer needs are met.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, and cost products and services.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed, and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast food restaurant or similar environment.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong leadership skills.
Working Conditions:

The Restaurant Operations Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The position requires the ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle heavy loads.
