About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Presales Solutions Engineer to support our sales team in developing technical solutions that meet client needs. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for solving complex technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to expand sales opportunities through technical solutions.
  • Attend presales meetings, engage in discovery questioning, and provide technical presentations.
  • Identify and address technical gaps, designing and implementing effective solutions.
  • Prepare detailed solution designs, including Statements of Work (SOW), to meet client requirements.
  • Ensure smooth handoffs from the sales cycle to service delivery, participating in project kickoff meetings.
  • Maintain continuous communication with clients to ensure satisfaction, prevent churn, and support renewals.
  • Contribute to product literature and documentation in collaboration with Product and Marketing teams.

Requirements

  • 23 years of experience in a presales or solutions engineering role.
  • Strong technical knowledge, particularly in VMware, Fortinet, and network infrastructure.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply them effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts.
  • Confident and professional demeanor, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible mindset, with a willingness to take on multiple roles and responsibilities.
  • Curious, enthusiastic, and eager to learn technical and sales skills.
  • Fluent in English; accents are acceptable.

Technical Skills

  • Expertise in network infrastructure planning, design, and implementation (routing, switching, wireless security, and monitoring).
  • Proficiency in VMware and virtualization technologies.
  • Experience with backup and disaster recovery design.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft technologies.
  • Knowledge of Fortinet and Palo Alto; certifications are a plus.
  • Skills in HPE and Aruba are advantageous.
  • Experience with Azure Cloud and AWS is beneficial.

Work Environment

Hybrid work model with travel between office, client sites, and home as needed. Travel expenses will be compensated.
