Bookkeeping Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at Akshar Autobody Repair Shop Ltd. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including general ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Accounting and Bookkeeping: Perform various accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
- Tax Preparation: Prepare and submit tax returns, including corporate and personal tax returns.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management, including key performance indicators and financial metrics.
- Education: Registered Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 20 to 30 hours per week.
