Key Responsibilities:- Schedule events, programs, and activities to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Train workers in duties and policies to maintain a high level of productivity and quality.
- Prepare and submit reports to management to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and resolve any discrepancies.
- Co-ordinate and assign work to team members to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain a well-stocked inventory.
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to achieve seamless integration.
- 3-4 years of experience in payroll administration.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Work under pressure to meet productivity and quality standards.
- Large caseload with multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- English is the primary language of communication.
- 30 to 35 hours per week.
