Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Waterproofing Foreman/Woman to join our team at Humo Restorations Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of waterproofing systems and ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of apprentices, trades helpers, and labourers
  • Prepare and review production reports, estimates, and other documentation
  • Operate CADD and other computer software systems to manage projects and schedules
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Lead and instruct individuals to achieve project goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work outdoors, at heights, and in noisy environments
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Reliability and a team player attitude
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. You will be required to work on-site at various locations, including construction sites and restoration projects.
