Job Title: Waterproofing Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Waterproofing Supervisor to join our team at Humo Restorations Inc.

Job Summary:

The Waterproofing Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the installation of waterproofing systems on various construction projects. This includes supervising a team of workers, coordinating with clients, and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of a team of workers to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct site visits to inspect work in progress and ensure that it meets company standards.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Develop and implement plans to ensure that all projects are completed safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor and control costs to ensure that projects are completed within budget.
  • Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards and that clients are satisfied with the final result.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the construction industry.
  • High school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work at heights, in noisy environments, and in dusty conditions.
  • Ability to work outdoors and in various weather conditions.
  • Ability to read blueprints and drawings.
  • Ability to operate CADD and other computer software systems.
Work Environment:

The Waterproofing Supervisor will work on various construction projects, including commercial, residential, and industrial sites. The work will involve working at heights, in noisy environments, and in dusty conditions.
