Job Title: Waterproofing Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Waterproofing Supervisor to join our team at Humo Restorations Inc.

Job Summary:

The Waterproofing Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the installation of waterproofing systems on various construction sites. This includes supervising a team of workers, coordinating activities, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of a team of workers on construction sites
  • Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Oversee the installation of waterproofing systems, including preparation of production reports and ensuring that health and safety regulations are followed
  • Recommend personnel actions and ensure that all workers are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure that all work is completed accurately
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Ensure that all work is completed in a safe and efficient manner
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the construction industry
  • High school graduation certificate and completion of an apprenticeship program in a related trade
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and ability to ensure compliance
Work Environment:

The Waterproofing Supervisor will work on various construction sites, including outdoors and in noisy environments. The work will involve working at heights and in dusty conditions.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule:

The work schedule will be 35 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime.
