Overview

We are looking for a Franchise Owner/Operator to lead our Wasaga Beach Foodland, located in Wasaga Beach, ON. If you are looking to lead all facets of a store operation including the strategic direction, vision, talent management and operational excellence of an overall store location, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Job Requirements
- Proven track record of business success
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Superior leadership and communication skills
- Experience leading and building teams
- Full knowledge of retail operations throughout a total store
- Adherence to provincial Occupational Health & Safety and Food Safety guidelines
- Adherence to brand standards
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience leading people and teams in a retail environment
- Post-secondary education preferred
- Knowledge and experience that will ensure the efficient operation of a business to achieve all financial targets and key performance indicators
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Employment credit and background check required
