Pizzaiolo is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management and be able to establish efficient work schedules, supervise staff, and train them in job duties and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Develop and implement effective scheduling systems to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the preparation and portioning of food, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
  • Train Staff: Provide comprehensive training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in food service management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
