Director, Account Management

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Director, Account Management to lead our Insurance Technology team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our technology strategy, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of engineers in the design, development, and deployment of insurance technology systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions
  • Develop and maintain technical roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality software products, meeting customer and business requirements
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting professional growth and development
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role, with a strong background in software development and technology
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality software products, meeting customer and business requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong technical skills, with expertise in software development, architecture, and engineering
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a focus on delivering results
