TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead projects in our Calgary office.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5-10 years of experience in the North American Architectural Industry, with a strong background in project management and coordination. Registration as an Intern or Architect in Canada is preferred, but not essential. A broad skill set, including project management or project coordination experience, multi-disciplinary experience, and knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD are required. PMP Designation is an asset.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral, and a good knowledge of the Alberta Building code. Demonstrated expertise in building technology, including wood frame, steel, and concrete construction, for projects with construction value of over $5 million, is also required.

This is an opportunity to work with a well-established architecture and design firm that emphasizes a collaborative and progressive work culture. The successful candidate will oversee project phases through design development, construction documents preparation, and construction period services. They will work with project coordination, site visits, project financials, manage client relationships, team communication, and liaise with municipal authorities.

Salary: $80,000+

In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing work, quality control, and ensuring projects are delivered to set budget and timelines. You will also oversee the successful execution of projects, in collaboration with senior partners and architects in the firm.
