Job Summary
The Senior Advisor Transition Specialist is a critical role that supports new advisors joining Manulife Wealth and provides key transition support to existing advisors across Canada. This position plays a pivotal part in ensuring a seamless transition for advisors, allowing them to focus on their core business.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a support system for new advisors transitioning their books of business to Manulife Wealth Inc.
- Welcome new advisors to the Manulife program
- Lead Business Initiation kits for new advisors in dedicated territories
- Coordinate stationery and signage needs for advisors in dedicated territories
- Implement the Integration Support Program for new advisors
- Track activities created by proactive conversations with new advisors in Salesforce
- Oversee and lead MFD to ID process
- Travel to key branches to offer support to qualifying advisors
- Lead advisor relocations and departures
- Update policies and procedures
Requirements
- 5+ years in a role with direct interaction with advisors/assistants
- 5+ years' experience in the financial services industry preferably with an IIROC or MFDA firm
- Post-secondary degree
- Confirmed project management and analytical skills
- Able to travel across Canada around 30% - 40% of the time
