Restaurant Assistant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Dominos Pizza. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, controlling costs, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that every customer receives a positive and memorable experience, responding promptly to complaints and concerns, and taking proactive steps to resolve issues.
  • Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue, and developing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for staff and customers.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
