Restaurant Assistant Manager

At Dominos Pizza, we are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and drinks, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to staff.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluent in English.
