Job Title: Executive Vice President of Operations

We are seeking an experienced Executive Vice President of Operations to join our team at Richmond Pallet Picker Corporation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve human resources planning
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or executive staff and delegate authority
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • Interpersonal awareness, team player, adaptability, and leadership skills
  • Criminal record check
