Job Title: Vice President of Goods Production, Utilities, Transportation and Construction

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our team at Wenyuan Canada Ltd as Vice President of Goods Production, Utilities, Transportation and Construction. This role will be responsible for overseeing the production and supply chain operations, utilities management, transportation, and construction activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish objectives and formulate policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions
  • Select middle managers and directors, delegate authority, and create optimal working conditions
Requirements:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Team player with strong leadership abilities
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
