About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an Animal Farmer at 2830271 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our farm operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and well-being of our livestock and poultry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct farm grooming activities, including cleaning and maintaining equipment and facilities
  • Manage feed inventory and oversee the activities of clearing the fields
  • Monitor animal health and perform routine maintenance tasks
  • Feed and tend to animals, ensuring their nutritional needs are met
  • Clean stables, barns, barnyards, and pens to maintain a safe and healthy environment
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 5 years or more of experience in animal farming or a related field
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and stand for extended periods
