Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Whole Body Order Writer to join our team at Whole Foods Market. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and that our store is always stocked with the freshest and highest-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchase and replenish products through proper buying procedures to ensure timely and accurate orders.
  • Monitor inventory turns and ensure that the product mix meets varied customer dietary needs and requests.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned margin and sales targets by building product displays according to movement, promotions, profitability, value, and regional guidance.
  • Oversee customer special order procedure and maintain and monitor department waste, spoilage, and transfer logs.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized working and shopping environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service, address needs of customers in a timely and effective manner, and model suggestive selling techniques.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by store, regional, or national leadership.
Requirements
  • 12+ months retail experience.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to use tools and equipment, including box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery.
What We Offer

Whole Foods Market offers a competitive wage range of $18.00 - $29.70 Hourly, commensurate with experience. We also offer Whole Benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan benefits, eligibility for a store discount, paid time off, and access to other benefit programs.
