Job OverviewIn this role, you will be responsible for overseeing custody and client reporting operations in Canada. As a Senior Department Leader, you will lead a high-performing team, ensuring the efficient execution of critical functions such as reconciliation, client tax reporting, corporate actions, and security processing.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and achieve key performance indicators, risk mitigation strategies, and compliance with regulatory procedures.
- Provide strategic leadership to a team of up to 60 people, with a focus on building scale and guarding against linear growth.
- Develop and implement new procedures and systems to ensure compliance with changing industry rules and regulations.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in business, accounting, finance, or management.
- At least 8 years of significant industry and/or Jones functional experience, with 5+ years in management roles.
- CSC and CPH certifications.
The estimated annual salary for this position is between $120,000 and $180,000, depending on location and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive compensation, opportunities for professional growth, and a supportive work environment.
