Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service, assist customers in person and over the phone, and build productive relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
- Sales Performance: Process sales transactions accurately, follow and achieve sales goals, and maintain precise work order files and formulas.
- Product Knowledge: Remain knowledgeable on products offered, discuss available options, and suggest ways to improve sales.
- Store Maintenance: Stock shelves, set up displays, clean store equipment, and maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas.
- Inventory Control: Comply with inventory control procedures and suggest ways to improve inventory management.
- Age and Authorization: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
- Physical Abilities: Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED, and at least one (1) year experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
- Driver's License: Have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Language Skills: Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language.
