About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Development Portfolio Lead to join our team in Sustainable Infrastructure. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our portfolio, driving profitable growth, and ensuring timely delivery of projects. Your expertise and leadership skills will play a critical role in achieving our business objectives and creating a positive impact on our customers and the environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive profitable growth and improve project delivery performance
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution and timely completion
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop proposals
- Manage and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
- Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or facilities management industry
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights
- Familiarity with MS Project, Excel, and other software tools used in project management
