Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Swing Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a Swing Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Operations: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, prepare and submit reports, and estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Team Management: Establish work schedules, supervise a team of 5-10 people, and ensure that all staff are working efficiently and effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres.
