Job Summary

Rcom Communication Ltd is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers and resolving issues related to computer hardware and software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware and software
  • Consult technical manuals and other resources to research and implement solutions
  • Provide training and guidance to customers on how to use computer systems and software
  • Collect and maintain a log of problems and solutions for use by other technical support analysts
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new technical solutions
  • Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
