Job Title: Senior Software Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to join our team at Nexus Systems Group Inc. in Toronto. As a Senior Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, PowerApps, and other related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop software applications using MS Dynamics 365 CE, PowerApps, and other related technologies
  • Develop and maintain complex software applications using C#, ASP.NET, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 SDK
  • Collaborate with IT professionals throughout the software development life cycle
  • Provide user and system documentation as required
Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience with MS Dynamics 365 CE, PowerApps, and other related technologies
  • Expert knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 SDK
  • Experience with structured methodologies for software development, design, implementation, and maintenance
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Criteria:
  • Technical Skills (40 points): Hands-on experience with MS Dynamics 365 CE, PowerApps, and other related technologies
  • Technology Experience Skills (30 points): Working knowledge of workspaces such as Visual Studio.NET 2015 and above, MS SharePoint Online, 2016 DevOps, Git
  • Functional Skills (25 points): Understanding of test-driven development (TDD), Onion Debugging & troubleshooting Plug-in and XRM Toolbox experience
  • Public Sector Experience (5 points): Experience in working within Government would be an asset
Knowledge Transfer:
  • The consultant shall transfer all documentation relating to functional and technical specifications for systems development
