Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our Client Services team at LifeLabs. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to assigned site locations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to assigned site locations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our customers.
  • Manage and develop a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement business plans, including setting objectives and targets, and leading smaller special projects.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Collaborate with peers and support groups to obtain the appropriate resources and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent experience.
  • Graduate of a lab assistant program or comparable practical experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Healthcare.
  • Leadership experience is an asset. Supervisory experience would be preferred.
  • Phlebotomy skills, Home Care and/or Data Sort experience are required.
