About the Role- You will be accountable for supervising and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the sales floor, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Assist the Department Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet business objectives and drive sales growth.
- Responsible for providing coaching, training, and feedback to sales associates to improve their performance and achieve sales targets.
- Lead by example and maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration among sales associates.
- Conduct regular meetings with sales associates to discuss sales performance, provide feedback, and set goals for improvement.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales data, inventory levels, and customer interactions.
- Communicate effectively with customers, sales associates, and other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and products.
- At least 1 year of experience in retail sales, execution, and operations.
- Demonstrated supervisory, leadership, and/or managerial experience or relevant experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods.
- An estimated salary of $50,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
