About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Culinary Team Member to join our kitchen team at Nando's Chicken. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards, ensuring that all food is presented in a visually appealing and appetizing manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we always have the necessary ingredients and materials to meet customer demand.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the culinary team to ensure that all kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
