About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Team Member to join our team at JEJU SUSHI JAPANESE RESTAURANT. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Team Management: Train and supervise kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, ensuring that all team members are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage kitchen staff, ensuring that we have the right people in place to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
