Mortgage Broker Operations Manager

At 8Twelve Mortgage Corporation, we are seeking an experienced Mortgage Broker Operations Manager to lead our mortgage operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure efficient and compliant mortgage operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures for mortgage operations
  • Oversee the hiring, training, and management of mortgage operations staff
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and licensing requirements
  • Manage contracts and ensure appropriate business/commercial licenses are in place
  • Identify and investigate compliance issues and implement corrective actions

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in mortgage operations or a related field
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage regulations and licensing requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
