Job Title: Mortgage Broker Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Broker Manager to join our team at 8Twelve Mortgage Corporation. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for overseeing the mortgage brokering process, ensuring compliance with government regulations, and managing a team of mortgage professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for mortgage brokering
  • Hire, train, and direct a team of mortgage professionals
  • Oversee the preparation of reports and ensure compliance with government regulations
  • Advise senior management on financial matters
  • Manage contracts and ensure timely completion of mortgage transactions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in mortgage brokering or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of licensing regulations and government requirements
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
