About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team at EightSix Network. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing client marketing campaigns to deliver exceptional results.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage client accounts and their associated campaigns, acting as the main point of contact throughout the relationship.
  • Demonstrate our value to clients by successfully managing their expectations and overdelivering on world-class marketing campaigns.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact, actively communicating with both internal and external stakeholders, to ensure smooth and successful execution.
  • Build trust and strong relationships with client partners, achieving a solid understanding of their objectives and ensuring deliverables are always aligned with the objectives.
  • Anticipate and identify challenges early on, demonstrating expertise to clients and allowing internal team members to work efficiently according to best practices.
  • Create clear and accurate internal briefing documents to ensure the team can carry out their creative roles in accordance with the client's campaign objectives.
  • Have high-level oversight of campaign production, including managing deadlines, facilitating internal and external meetings, scheduling advertising and content publications.
  • Monitor and maintain active campaigns, compiling performance reports for clients that contain recommendations for further optimization.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas and provide constructive feedback.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve based on available information.
  • Mastery of media and digital marketing fundamentals, with the ability to apply relevant knowledge to client-sponsored campaigns.
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines while staying organized and focused on objectives.
  • Experience working with online software suites, such as Google Docs, Microsoft Office, and HubSpot.
  • Data-driven approach, with the ability to use data, visuals, and storytelling to enhance communication.
  • Curious and interested in emerging technology and business trends.
