The Facilities Coordinator acts as the first point of contact for employees, guests, vendors, and contractors. They provide general day-to-day administrative support to the office, including mail/courier services, supplies, and meeting services, ensuring the successful achievement of Facility Operations' key goals and objectives.

Decisions are related to the completion of own work. Problem-solving is task-specific and guided by established processes and procedures. Support is available when uncertainty exists.

How you will create impact:

  • Answering incoming calls and greeting guests
  • Supporting office operations, including the Health and Safety Program
  • Distributing daily mail
  • Assisting with new employee on-boarding
  • Scheduling and coordinating contractors and vendors
  • Managing group email inboxes and calendars in Outlook
