Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our facilities management team at our Guelph, ON, Canada location. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

The successful candidate will have a recognized certified trade (313A or 306A) and relevant experience in facility maintenance and repair. They will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting, supporting special projects, and coordinating external service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks to ensure the safe operation of facility equipment
  • SUPPORTING SPECIAL PROJECTS, INCLUDING ANNUAL PM AND EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION/ EVALUATION
  • COORDINATING EXTERNAL SERVICE PROVIDERS AND CONTRACTORS
  • DOCUMENTING WORK ACTIVITIES AND COLLABORATING WITH FUNCTIONAL DEPARTMENTS FOR REVIEWS AND APPROVALS

Requirements:

  • Recognized certified trade (313A or 306A)
  • Valid Class G Driver's License
  • Relevant experience in facility maintenance and repair
