About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobility Solutions Expert to join our team in Ontario. As a Sales & Service Technician, you will work directly with clients to understand their mobility needs and provide personalized solutions. You will be responsible for delivering a Motion customer experience, driving business growth, building and maintaining relationships, and training on our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a Motion customer experience by ensuring the needs of our clients are met and that we fulfill our promise to make life accessible.
  • Drive business growth by researching, making cold calls, and expanding our client base.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, therapists, caregivers, and other healthcare facilities in our community.
  • Train on our products and services, including wheelchairs, walkers, mobility scooters, stairlifts, ceiling lifts, and bathroom and bedroom safety items.
  • Create and document sales leads and client details in our CRM.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a customer-facing sales and service position, ideally in the mobility industry.
  • Construction skills, including comfort with tools and equipment, and experience assembling, building, or repairing.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and work independently.
  • Empathy and respect for clients, with the ability to engage them in a meaningful way.
  • Flexibility, including a valid driver's license and ability to travel to client homes, schools, and hospitals throughout the region.
