Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily operations of the car wash, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that our car wash facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Recommend Additional Services: Identify opportunities to offer additional services to our customers, such as detailing or repair work.
- Assist Cleaners: Provide support to our cleaning staff as needed, ensuring that they have the resources and guidance required to perform their duties effectively.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure that our car wash is operating at optimal levels.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the car wash or detailing industry.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Environment: Wet/damp, dusty, and outdoors.
- Supervision: 5-10 people.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
