Job Summary

Canada Post is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in our Trois-Pistoles and surrounding area offices. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, processing mail and packages, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Mail and Package Processing: Sort, distribute, and process mail and packages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or problems that may arise in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent provincial certification, or relevant experience in administration.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of computer systems and software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and perform other physical demands of the job.
