Key Responsibilities:- Cash Handling: Authorize payments by cheque, manage cash, and maintain accurate records of sales and transactions.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, resolve issues, and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and ensuring accurate inventory levels.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of cashiers, and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service and sales.
- Health Benefits: Health care plan.
- Permanent Employment: Full-time employment with a permanent contract.
- Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week.
