Facilities Maintenance Planner

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at HF Sinclair Corporation. As a key member of our planning and scheduling team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe, effective, and efficient execution of maintenance work.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain comprehensive maintenance plans to ensure optimal equipment reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize maintenance work, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Utilize advanced planning tools and techniques to optimize maintenance schedules and minimize downtime.
- Provide expert guidance and support to maintenance personnel to ensure successful execution of maintenance tasks.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of maintenance strategies and procedures to improve overall equipment effectiveness.
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance planning or a related field.
- Strong understanding of maintenance principles, practices, and technologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
