Husky Williams Lake is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food and service standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on team performance, inventory, and other key metrics.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
