Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales associates, customer service representatives, and other store staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
  • Collaborate with the district manager and other store managers to share best practices, address challenges, and drive business results.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and other metrics to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and other financial plans to drive business growth and profitability.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of retail management experience, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Bilingual - French/English (or proficiency in other languages as required by the company).
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to develop and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, associates, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations and find creative solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
