About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Learning & Development Senior Advisor/Manager to join our team at TalentSphere Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery and effectiveness of our learning & development program for the entire organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Execution of the Company's Learning & Development Framework: Develop and implement a comprehensive skills and competency development framework to drive business growth and success.
  • Assess, Design, Develop, and Measure Learning Opportunities: Create and deliver learning opportunities that achieve performance goals and behavioral changes aligned with our company's values and priorities.
  • Manage Day-to-Day Operations of the Learning & Development Program: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our learning & development program, including project oversight and management.
  • Provide Strategic Direction for Learning Solutions and Operations: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to provide strategic direction for learning solutions and operations.
  • Cultivate a Strategic Learning Culture: Align talent development with business needs and evolving practices to drive a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Desired Qualifications/Skills
  • Over 8 Years of Progressive Experience: In program management, adult learning design, and leadership development.
  • Prior Experience in Professional Services: An asset in this role.
  • Diploma/Certificate in Business, HR, Education or Adult Learning: Required.
  • Skilled in Leading Large-Scale Programs and Projects: Independently, focusing on strategic planning, team leadership, and effective communication.
  • Experienced in Learning and Performance Consulting: Collaborating with internal clients to design, implement, and evaluate learning solutions.
  • Exceptional Communication and Relationship Building Skills: Proven ability to work effectively with senior leadership.
  • Confident in Facilitating Workshops, Focus Groups, and Training Sessions: For teams or large groups.
  • Strong Technical Expertise with Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Adept at identifying and implementing effective solutions.
