About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Project Manager to join our team at Randstad. As a key member of our L&D team, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of high-quality, innovative, and diverse blended learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with individual business units, Talent & Learning Advisors, Learning Solutions Architects, the Senior Manager and Program Manager of Mandatory Learning, vendors, and the broader L&D team to ensure the successful delivery of learning projects.
  • Develop and implement blended learning solutions that align with business priorities and support people strategies.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Manage and coordinate the development and delivery of learning projects, including project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure that all learning projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a learning and development context.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to design and deliver engaging learning experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
