We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Account Manager to join our team at 170615 Hub International Manitoba Limited. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for interacting with commercial clients, maintaining professional business relationships with new and existing clients and insurers, and managing an entire book of business.
Key Responsibilities- Review and prepare commercial client files, leading marketing efforts and evaluating and pricing insured risk.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and operational functions.
- Utilize strong problem-solving skills and make necessary decisions to move forward work at hand.
- Work independently under minimal daily direction, with a high level of self-motivation.
- Proficiently use Broker Management Software Systems, including Policy Works.
- A minimum Level 2 license is required; Completion of CAIB is preferred.
- Current knowledge in all aspects of commercial property is required.
- Basic understanding of specialty lines is necessary.
- 2-5 years' experience in commercial insurance is a definite asset.
- Ability to multi-task and interact in a professional manner.
