We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our sales team as a Retail Sales Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and Engage with Customers: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Process Transactions: Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Maintain Store Appearance: Ensure the sales floor and checkout areas are clean, organized, and free of clutter.
  • Balance Cash Reports: Accurately balance cash reports at the end of each shift, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Comply with Company Policies: Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding loss prevention, health and safety, and customer service.
Requirements
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the role, including transactions and cash handling.
  • Physical Demands: Comfortable working on your feet for long periods, with occasional outdoor work.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with cash register systems an asset.
