Prohibition is the largest and most reputable chain of counter-culture smoking accessories stores in Quebec. We pride ourselves on providing a classy and trendy retail environment for a discerning clientele. As we continue to grow, we are seeking dynamic Sales Associates to join our exceptional team.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide outstanding customer service, including assisting customers with product selection, handling inquiries, and providing recommendations.
- Meet and exceed sales goals.
- Perform point-of-sale operations, such as processing transactions, handling cash, and issuing receipts.
- Maintain store cleanliness by performing tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
- Stock and replenish merchandise as needed.
- Execute price changes and maintain accurate price tags and signage.
- Assist in managing inventory, including receiving stock and conducting regular stock checks.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with customers and team members.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous retail or sales experience is an asset but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage and connect with a wide variety of customers.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining a high level of accuracy in all work.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Basic computer skills are a plus.
