Food Service Manager

KPS ENTERPRISES INC. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team.
Job Summary:We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food service department. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Prepare budget and cost estimates
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Establish work schedules
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a food service environment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of 1 to 2 people. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Work Schedule:The Food Service Supervisor will work 30 to 44 hours per week.
