About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Medicine Specialist to join our team at SOUTH HILL MEDICAL CLINIC INC. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and promoting health and wellness in our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and document patients' medical information, including their medical history, symptoms, and test results.
- Conduct thorough physical examinations to diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as laboratory tests and imaging studies, to inform treatment decisions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on healthy habits, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and guidelines to provide evidence-based care.
Requirements:
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree.
- Completion of a family medicine residency program.
- Current licensure to practice medicine in the province/state.
- Board certification in family medicine.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
