- Examine and Assess Patients: Conduct thorough physical examinations to identify diseases, injuries, and health conditions.
- Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Work with patients to create personalized treatment plans, including medication, lifestyle changes, and preventive care.
- Collaborate with Other Healthcare Professionals: Consult with specialists, nurses, and other medical staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Perform Routine Surgeries and Procedures: Conduct routine surgeries, inoculations, and other medical procedures as needed.
- Provide Emergency Care: Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care to patients.
- Advise and Educate Patients: Offer guidance on healthy habits, disease prevention, and wellness strategies.
- Coordinate Patient Care: Manage patient schedules, referrals, and follow-up appointments.
- Education: Degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, or optometry.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a medical setting.
- Work Setting: General office, private practice, or clinic environment.
- Language: English.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
