Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at 1205084 BC LTD.
Job Summary:The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of sales workers, overseeing sales operations, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and tasks to ensure efficient sales operations.
- Hire, train, and develop sales staff to meet sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Authorize payments, manage inventory, and order merchandise to meet customer demands.
- Prepare sales reports, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement.
- Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers to ensure smooth sales operations.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
The Sales Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a team of sales workers. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
